Hey all,Firstly sorry for being MIA but i am unable to post now days because my laptop died in the middle of this post and i cannot write until i get a new one.So please bear with me and stay tuned because there is some fun stuff is coming in future and i i have a lot to show you guys in my recent Canada haul,so be with me and keep on supporting me like the way you have been doing.
I somehow managed to get ,my brother's laptop to complete this post because i wanted this post to be out asap.
Today i have a post on a newly launched product for you all.As soon as i used it i wanted to do a post on this product and if you wanna know why then keep on reading.
Maybelline has recently launched some new product here in India however they are not new in the makeup market but certainly new for us because some of the products were launched a year back in the states and now they have hit the Indian market for us and i am very happy to see that Maybelline has finally launched the creamy mattes in India because i feel the creamy matte lipsticks are one of the best products from Maybelline. I have already used the Maybelline Creamy Mattes and i got mine from USA and if you wanna know my thoughts and wanna see the swatches then check my post on these.
Apparently this product also launched overseas and made it here few days back. Maybelline has launched few products like Creamy mattes,Push Up Drama Mascara and so on,this is one of those products that hit the Indian Market few days back and it's called the Maybelline New York Color Sensational Lip Flush Just Bitten Lipstick......,that's a mouth full.
For me this was a new product and i had not seen this before hence got excited and the pattern and packaging got me.These Lip Flush Just Bitten Lipstick has been launched in 2 shades here while overseas it comes in 5-6 different shades ,one out of the two is more of a pink which is called RD 01 Raspberry Smoothie and the other shade has more of a orange e tones and that one is called OR 01 Sunset Sorbet.
First of all lemme tell you that these are no where close to a lipstick,i dunno why they have named these as lipsticks.So if you are getting these thinking that it's a lipstick then no it's not,it's more of a pigmented lip balm.
These comes packed in a plastic wrapping and it's a lipstick type tube.The packaging is very similar to the other Maybelline color sensational lipsticks.It has a slightly tinted red cap with Maybelline New York written on it and the tube is all silver. The interesting thing about this product is the pattern on the product.The no. is written on a coordinating sticker down below.
The formula on this product is not like any lipstick.If you are wanting to buy this thinking that it's gonna work as a lipstick than this product is not for you.It's a sheer formula and has a slight tint which can work as a tinted lip balm.The formula is quite waxi and thick.It has a ombre pattern to it which goes light to dark ,the lightest layer gives transparent finish,if you want no color at all you can use the lightest side and if you want some color then you can go for the dark side of the lipstick,or you can swipe it as is and mix it by pressing the lips together.The one i picked has pink tones and the other shade available has more orange tones.
It's more like a lip balm so it won't stay long on the lips,it will fade in hour or so.It has a fruity smell.It's a fancy lip balm according to me,i do not think it's a good buy in a full price ,if you want you can get it on discount but i won't recommend it buying full price.
