Faces Canada Ultime Pro Velvet Matte Lipstick Say My Name-12 ,Review & Swatches

Hello,lovely girls out there,hope you are doing great,welcome to The girls korner. Today i wanted to welcome u girls in a different way,not in the usual way i do always.So here i am little excited like always :P Wanna share my thoughts on a velvet matte lipstick and that's from Faces Canada,a while ago i was in Bangalore and that time these babies just launched and these are from the ultime pro range...So matte lipstick junkie in me got excited when i first saw the velvet matte range and immediately i started playing with them and after a while i ended up with this pretty lipstick which is SAY MY NAME..she wanted me to say her name hehe so i picked it up...
so let's get straight to the review of this pretty lipstick :)

Product detail-Say my name is a very pretty bright magenta type shade with more purple in it..It is a very wearable shade for almost every skin tone.This shade can make you look little more mature but it is such a gorgeous shade that i dun mind looking little mature...

Packaging-This lipstick come in a very trendy and chic black matte packaging.The top part is a silver metal whereas the bottom part is black with matte finish and the top cap is also same as the bottom part to match with it.when u close the bullet there is metal ring in between which has faces written on it and the packaging is quite travel friendly .I must say the outer body looks really pretty and doesn't feel cheap or plasticky and the bullet inside is a traditional pointed shaped ,nothing fancy about it.At the bottom part there is a sticker with the approximate color of the lipstick which u get inside with the name and as well as the no.written on it.

Formula- The formula in this is quite comfortable on the lips as this lipstick says it's a velvet matte formula. Because these have a satiny finish to them these glide on so easily .These are not a true matte which can suck the moisture out from your lips .These are not completely transfer proof because of the satiny finish and would transfer a little bit but not much when u eat or drink..This formula last on me for about good 4-5 hours(keep in mind that i am a lipstick eater :P) these wear off evenly,they dun fade in patches and they do leave a stain,specially the darker shades like this one.

Pros-

Quite reasonable for amount of product u get inside
wide color selection
comfortable formula

Cons- Faces Canada is not a cruelty free brand:( and i am totally against it, i didn't know before i bought this Lippi , i am not sure but there is a rabbit printed on the box :/ and i feel that means it's not a cruelty free brand.

That's the only thing i dun like about this product :(

Would i recommend -NO .If u are a animal lover like me, i would not suggest you to buy this product though the color and lipstick is very pretty .I would say go and research if u feel that it's not a cruelty free brand despite that you wanna buy it go ahead .
