Skin18 SOC Animal Cutie Mask Anti -Aging Horse Oil (Horse) Review

Hey all you guys already know that i received a package with 5 products from Skin18.com if you dunno about this website check out my previous post Here .I have already reviewed the LUKE Mugwort Nose cleansing Strip on my blog which i also got in my package.Today i wanna talk about a sheet mask which freaked me out since it had horse oil in it and being a vegetarian i was scared of using it and wasn't sure that whether i should use it or not,for a gal like me who has never even touched a egg before,using a product on face which has horse oil /horse fat was a very big thing.
The first thought which came i my mind ,am i killing a horse or contributing in killing a horse anyway,than i tried search on net and read that no i was't killing a horse or contributing in it's killing anyway,beauty companies use horse fat of the horses which are already dead and that's why they are not killing them(sigh).Ever since i received it i was trying to convince myself to use it,and it's a normal tendency that if you are scared of something or not sure that you would be able to do in or not,you just feel doing it first before any other thing to just get done with it.If you wait you tend to think a lot and that scares you more.So at last i convinced my self to try this sheet mask before all the other sheet masks i have.

Ingredients and How to use
This Mask is made of a natural facial sheet and the animal print is made of natural plant ingredients ink to give that extra nutrition.I find these cute prints acts as fun element in our skincare.The facial sheet is very good quality and it has cutouts for nose eyes ans mouth to provide the ease of applying a mask properly.When i opened it i found that it's quite good in soaking the serum in it but still it was very easy to open unlike other sheets with which you have to take care that you do not tear it off while opening the mask,i find this was very good in quality and can be used later on as well in some DIY facial masks ,i kept it safe after washing it off with plane water.
How i used
As soon as i opened the pack the first thing i did was that i sniffed it,i am very smell sensitive and this had horse oil so it made me very hesitant,so after sniffing i felt that it has a normal and mild scent which won't bother me than i proceed with applying the sheet mask,i opened it and with the help of cutouts i positioned it on my face and lied down for 20 minutes because i didn't want it to move,there was some essence left in the sachet which i took and applied on my face and neck and the sheet absorbed it quite nicely,it fits well on the face and large enough to cover the whole face if you have broad or more rounded face.After 20 minutes or so i felt that the sheet has dried completely and i was very amazed to see that how quickly and nicely my skin absorbed the essence into it,after that i rinsed my face with water.

My Experience
After removing the mask i could see a subtle glow on my skin just like you get when you do a mini facial at home.My skin was looking much more hydrated and refreshed and was feeling very smooth. As far as the whitening claims, i didn't notice any whitening effect on my face,Basically it's an Anti-Aging and Anti- wrinkle mask so i am not the right person to judge on anti aging factor,because i dun have any wrinkles or aging spots so i can only tell how it worked on me.One more thing i wanna mention that in caution it says avoid using on blemishes and pimples and i am having few pimples here and there on my face but i did not feel any irritation as such but you need to take care of all these things before applying.
Important Note
You cannot comment on a product in just one application that how good it will work and how great it is when it comes to Anti aging or any skin issue for that matter,your skin needs at least 2-3 applications to actually tell you that how good or bad it is.Since it's a sheet mask i would only review it according to what i feel in the very first application,kind of like a first impression thing,since all these issues like aging and all needs few more application to see a visible or noticeable difference into your skin.

-My skin felt very hydrated and smooth in just one application
-It's a good quality mask which can be used in DIY's later on
-Animal print adds a fun element to it with additional nutrition of plants

Cons
-Being a vegetarian i was hesitant ,not vegan and vegetarian friendly since it consists animal oil
- It consist some chemical based ingredients as well
-Availability -You cannot get Korean products here in India so easily

Overall thoughts
I would like say it's a great mask if you are ok in using a animal ingredient in your skin care,i liked how it refreshed my skin and hydrated it leaving it soft and smooth and i also know that horse oil is a great ingredient to fight with anti aging issues but still being a vegetarian i was not feeling comfortable and i could not enjoy the whole experience just because of that.If i get chance to get another package in future as a reviewer of skin18 i would love to get natural ingredients based products like Fruits,Vegetables,Honey Aloe Vera ,i would love to use them and most importantly i'll be able to enjoy that whole pampering process,i would really appreciate if skin18 team would understand my problem and consider it in future.
