Maybelline new york Define+fill duo Vs Maybelline New york India's Fashion Brow, Review ,Swatches,Pictures

Hey guys,I always felt that Indian Makeup market is far more behind from the other countries like UK and USA and i really wish we also had some amazing brands on which we are missing out totally,but i feel very happy and excited when i see that brands like Maybelline is stepping up their game in India and launching the products which we could only get from outside India.
When i got the chance to shop from USA i had in mind that i wanna shop for some brow products since we are lacking on them here and after seeing Maybelline New york's new brow product which is define&fill duo,i just grabbed it.To be very frank initially i wasn't sure about the fact that how this product gonna work and was very intrigued about it since it has a different mechanism and concept.
Today i have a comparison review post between two Brow products which Maybelline new york recently launched in USA and in India.
So let's talk about the packaging first,both the products are pretty much identical to each other.There is no major difference except the name on these.The US one is called Maybelline Define+Fill Duo whereas the one which Maybelline india launched is called Fashion Brow.
As you can see the Define+fill duo comes packed in this paper packaging which has everything mentioned as to how to use this product,whereas the Fashion Brow comes in a plastic wrapping.For the fact that Maybelline New York has released this product before it launched in india,has made it easier to understand people that how this product is suppose to work ,if they would not have done this it would have been more confusing as the Fashion brow has nothing mentioned on it.
The pencil has product on the one side and powder on the other,you are suppose to shape your brows with the pencil side and then fill in the gaps with the help of the powder.When you twist up you get the product out and you can shape your eyebrows with that and on the other side you get a sponge applicator and powder,which is actually in the cap so when you close the cap the sponge on the end picks up the product from the cap.
The Fashion brow comes in just two shades which is black and brown and the Define+fill duo comes in 4 different shades.you get a very nice shade selection with it.
The main difference and the deal breaker for me is the pigmentation on the Fashion Brow Duo shaper pencil.I believe for our Indian intense black eyebrows the colors like Deep Brown works really well and the shade on the fashion brow is called brown but it's more of a light brown with grey tones to it,i will say the powder is little more brown than the pencil but,sadly when combined i can't even call it a brown.When you try to apply it on the brows it looks very ashy and since it's lacking on the pigmentation factor it makes it really hard to get the pigmentation on the eyebrows ,you just have to keep dragging the product and the powder side is also the same as the pencil side in pigmentation.I just feel when i am applying the Fashion Brow i am not able to get the crisp well defined brows which i can get with the Maybelline Define+fill duo,since the pigmentation is on point on these ones.
As far as the longevity is concern,the Fashion brow is again lacking here and the reason being for this,is less pigmentation.It just fades out very quickly,after few hours you can't see any product on.I just find that although Define+fill duo is more pigmented still you can not go wrong with it,since it's not very hard so that you need to drag is again and again ,neither is so soft that you can mess it up.
I am really liking the Define+fill duo rather than the Fashion brow.I have used both and i always see myself reaching out to the Define+fill duo more often than the Fashion brow.For me the one launched in India is a total fail and believe me you won't understand why i am saying this until and unless you would try the Define+fill duo.It gives me a well defined crisp yet Natural looking eyebrows whereas this one doesn't do the job for me.

I already know that you love Maybelline define+fill duo.. You once mentioned about it on Instagram.. You've definitely got a point.. Sad that there's no affordable option available other than fashion brow for Eye brows... 😑
