Freedom Makeup Pro 12 Chasing Rainbows Eye Shadow Palette Review & Swatches

Hey all,how are you today ?Hope you all are enjoying the monsoon season ,since monsoon has hit all over across India.I love rain and rainbows,who doesn't love rainbows and if you can get a product which reminds you of rainbows, then is there anything better than that.This palette is as colorful as a rainbow,it is full with some amazing bright fun colors.Initially i thought that this palette is of no use for me since i am not into bright fun colors but ever since i received it my views have completely changed.One should have a palette like this in their collection otherwise their collection is incomplete,trust me when i am saying this !!
Yes i am talking about the Freedom Makeup Pro 12 Chasing Rainbows,if you guys don't know Freedom Makeup is a sister company of Makeup Revolution and both are UK based brands.I am sure that you guys would know that how amazing Makeup revolution brand is since it's very famous in India and every one loves the quality and variety this brand offers,i have done complete review on this brand and their eye shadow palette Stripped&Bare which you can check it out if you want more details on Makeup Revolution.If you like Makeup revolution products then i am sure you would love this as well since this is exactly same in terms of quality and price.
You guys must have seen this Eye shadow palette on my Instagram many time before and i never get a chance to review it,so today i am finally reviewing it though i feel that i should have done this before but better late than never.I have bought 2 Palettes from Freedom Makeup pro 12 range ,Chasing Rainbows and Stunning Smokes.In this post i am going to talk about Chasing rainbows and there will be a separate post for Stunning Smokes as well so do check that out.
This palette has a sleek packaging with see through lid on top that means it doesn't come with a mirror which is a issue because i really like packaging which comes with mirror and that makes the palette a lot more travel friendly.It comes with a sponge tip applicator which is of no use but i always keep it when i am travelling,you never know when you need something like this.
If you are a old reader you must have read my earlier post on Makeup Revolution Essential Shimmers Palette in that post i had mentioned that i do not like plastic lids at all because firstly they replace mirror which is a bummer and secondly after a while they get scratched up because we tend to store all our palettes stacked up together hence after a while the plastic lids get scratched up pretty quickly and they are not sturdy either.
I have this OCD type issue i cannot see any price stickers on the top lid of any of my product and this palette came with a price sticker on it which i found really annoying and tried to remove it so much that i ended up making the clear lid unclear :( Does this happens with you as well? comment down below.I would love to read.

Can we have a moment to appreciate the beauty of this palette.Not only the colors are beautiful but the design on the eye shadow pan is very classy and reminds me of Nars palettes.This palette is amazing mix of fun and bright colors.It has 12 diffrent shades with two mattes and 10 shimmery shiny ones.Each and every shade is beautiful and unique in it's own way.These are very bold yet wearable since most of these are shimmery but they give almost foiled effect when applied.The shades look very glittery and sparkly in the palette but comes out very subtle on the eyes and doesn't leave any fall outs while applying.The shimmery shades are very creamy,buttery and soft,feels very high quality.This palette is highly pigmented and easy to blend although the matte shades feels little chalky and powdery but one can make it work easily.This is such an amazing colorful palette and a must have in everyone's collection.If you are an eye shadow junkie like me this palette is a must for you.As soon as i swatched i fell in love totally. The color selection in this palette is just to die for.Whether it's pinks,blues,greens,purples,neon yellow neon pink,you have it all.If you have this palette you are sorted for the fun occasions of your life ,when you wanna have fun,bold,bright and peppy look.Love love love this palette.

In this set of four shades the first yellow shade is flat matte and rest all are shimmery/foiled.
In this set all the four shades all are shimmery/foiled but the second blue from left is less shimmery from the other shades.
In this set the first pink-ish lilac shade is less shimmery from the next two shades and the last pink shade is flat matte.
I just love the color selection in this palette and if you love bright and fun colors than this palette is a must have ,even if you are not a bright and fun color person this palette is something which every one should have for the times when you wanna play a little bit more with colors and wanna move out of your comfort zone.
It's priced at Rs 1200 but you can get this palette on a great discount since these palettes are always on some discount.You may find price difference on websites because every website offers diffrent diffrent discounts.If i am not wrong this palette is on 33% discount on Flipkart and you can get it for Rs 800/- Currently.
